Minh Ngoc's The Missing Woman captured all the true essence of woman’s role in and how it is played in the Vietnamese society. Depicted through narratives, music, and dance, each character contributed their own extraordinary acting skills to the play making it explode into life. The Missing Woman is more than just a play; it reveals a deeper meaning that connects the life and soul of a Vietnamese woman’s and the sacrifices she endured for her love ones and for her country. Although set on a small stage with minimal props, the production is rich with actors who do justice to the play’s overall theme. Each character really delivered their emotions well throughout the play, making the storyline come to life with each scene. Minh Ngoc's The Missing Woman made me comprehend with the idea that a woman’s role in the Vietnamese society plays a crucial part in their richness and lifelong culture. Overall, the play’s performance created this tingling sensation that can be sense throughout t
he audience. With minimal props and the simplicity of the setting, it somehow blended together to work with the piece as a whole. One particular aspect I do like to point out is the translation of the play to English. I felt that the translator’s voice overshadowed that of the actors. It seemed as though the translator could not capture the emotion of the artists, and with that I felt it really took away a big chunk of the play itself. However what I especially liked about it was their use of dimmed lights black backdrops, I felt the audience can focus their attention more to the artists and their superb acting. Being the first play performed in New York by the renowned Vietnamese artists, I think they did a wonderful job!

Đối với anh, như thế nào là 1 blog hay?

- Blog hay là một Blog đem lại cho bạn nhiều cảm xúc với nhiều cung bậc tình cảm. Blog hay không nhất thiết tỷ lệ thuận với số Page Views (PV) của họ. Có những triệu phú PV mà đọc toàn thấy những điều vớ vẩn ( nếu không tự quảng cáo cho mình thì cũng kiếm cách kinh doanh ).

Ngược lại có những người PV chỉ có vài ngìn thôi, nhưng họ viết bài nào thì “ đau đớn” bài ấy. Có nghĩa anh sẽ phải suy nghĩ và day dứt khi đọc bài viết của họ về những vấn đề cuộc sống nhân sinh.

Tuấn Hải đã phải khóc khi đọc một bài của bạn nam sinh viên ngèo viết cho mẹ nhân ngày 8/3, hoặc cứ buồn mà day dứt mãi khi đọc bài Đồng hương gặp nhau ở một Thành phố lớn…
